Terms of use
1. Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of the website realzero.es (the "Site") and the use of Real Zero recovery stations (the "Station") operated by Real Zero S.L. inside third-party premises (gyms, studios, offices). By accessing the Site or using a Machine, you accept these Terms in full.

3. Access to the Site
Access to the Site is free and does not require registration. The content is aimed at an adult audience — gyms, fitness studios, operators of sports facilities, press and the general public interested in the service.
4. Acceptable use
The user undertakes to use the Site and the Machine in accordance with the Law, good faith and these Terms. In particular, the user undertakes:
- Not to engage in illegal activities, activities harmful to third parties' rights or contrary to public order.
- Not to attempt unauthorised access to restricted areas of the system.
- Not to perform actions that may damage, overload or impair the Site, the Machine or associated third-party services.
- Not to impersonate other people when submitting forms.
5. Machine use
The Machine dispenses freshly-prepared protein drinks. Use of the Machine implies acceptance of the following conditions:
- Age of majority and parental consent: the product is intended for users aged 14 and over. Minors must be supervised by or have consent from a responsible adult.
- Ingredients and allergens: consult the ingredient and allergen information shown on the Machine's screen before purchasing. If you have food allergies, intolerances or medical conditions requiring you to avoid certain ingredients, do not consume the product without first reviewing the full technical specification, available on request via our contact channels.
- Immediate consumption: the product is designed for immediate consumption and should not be stored. Real Zero is not responsible for late consumption or inadequate preservation of the shake.
- Payment: charges are made exclusively via contactless card or mobile payment devices through authorised payment operators. Cash is not accepted.
- No refunds on consumed products: once dispensed, refunds are not granted except in cases of defective product, Machine error or hygiene issue duly documented.
- Incidents: for any issue (product not dispensed, incorrect charge, technical fault), contact us via realzero.es/velazquez or the contact form. We will handle complaints within a maximum of 10 business days.
6. Food information and warnings
Depending on the flavour selected, the shakes dispensed by the Machine contain dairy protein (whey), plant protein, cocoa, authorised sweeteners, flavourings and other ingredients detailed in each product's technical specification. They may contain traces of nuts, soy, gluten or other allergens depending on the supplier's production environment. If you suffer from food allergies or intolerances, consult the detailed information before consumption.
This product is not a medicine and is not a substitute for a balanced diet. It is not intended for children under 3, pregnant or breastfeeding women without prior medical advice, or people with kidney, liver or metabolic conditions without professional supervision.
7. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the Site (text, images, graphic design, source code, logos, trademarks) is the property of Real Zero S.L. or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property legislation.
The Orangetheory® trademark and logo are registered trademarks of Ultimate Fitness Group, LLC and are used on this Site with express authorisation from Studio Naranja 007, S.L. (local franchisee of Orangetheory Fitness Velázquez).
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other use in whole or in part of the content is prohibited without prior written authorisation from Real Zero S.L.
8. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party pages. Real Zero is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of linked pages. Access to these sites is at the user's own risk.
9. Exclusion of warranties and liability
Real Zero makes the Site and the Machines available to users with appropriate technical diligence. However, to the extent permitted by Law, Real Zero does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the service or the absence of errors or third-party cyber-attacks.
Real Zero will not be liable for damages arising from:
- Temporary service interruptions for maintenance or external causes.
- Isolated Machine failures, without prejudice to the incident management described in section 5.
- Inadequate use of the product by the user, in particular failure to observe warnings about allergens or medical conditions.
10. Amendment of the Terms
Real Zero reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page indicating the update date. Continued use of the Site or the Machines after publication implies acceptance of the Terms in force.
11. Partial nullity
If any clause of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, such nullity will not affect the remaining clauses, which will continue to be valid and binding.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to the Site or use of the Machines, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless the applicable consumer legislation establishes a different mandatory jurisdiction.
