Our launch partner. Real Zero's first installation goes live in May 2026 at the Orangetheory Velázquez studio, with all five coaches aligned with the recommendation, the station integrated into the studio's identity, and Real Zero's operational layer in place from day one.

Pre-launch tasting

Testing flavours with the coaches.

In April 2026 we ran the first tasting session with the studio coaches to validate flavours, dosing and texture. Their direct feedback defined the two opening references available from launch day.

The problem

Members train hard and leave depleted.

OTF Velázquez has some of Madrid's most consistent members. They finish each class empty, with the optimal recovery window open and nowhere nearby to replenish. The nutritional recommendation post-workout is to consume fast protein, but that recommendation dies at the studio door. Real Zero closes the gap.

Launch plan

Phase 1 · April 2026Coach tasting and trainingFlavour tasting session with the studio coaches. Each coach optionally associated with a flavour or add-on as "their" personal recommendation at end of class.
Phase 2 · April 2026Co-branded vinyl approvalFinal design and approval of the vinyl wrap with the Orangetheory Spain Marketing Director. Strict respect of the OTF Brand OS.
Phase 3 · May 2026Install and calibrationInstall after the studio closes. System calibration with the team. Final QA before opening.
Phase 4 · May 2026Soft launchFirst operational day with an internal announcement coordinated with the Orangetheory Spain team. Intensive support during the first weeks. Operational layer running from day one.

How quickly members make the station part of their post-class ritual. Tracked qualitatively and quantitatively from day one.

Repeat behaviour

How often members come back to the station after their first try. The signal that the ritual has taken hold inside the studio.

Coach dynamic

How the coach-led recommendation lands with members. Validation of an integrated, studio-native model.
