What happens if the station goes down?

Our operational layer detects the incident remotely — usually before the studio notices. Resolution handled under SLA. First two weeks after install: 24/7 support.

How does it integrate with our brand?

Co-branded, designed with your team. Installation includes a design phase where we work on wrap, placement and on-screen messaging so the station fits inside your visual language.

Who takes care of the day-to-day?

Real Zero. The studio doesn't manage inventory, cleaning, support, or payments. On-site intervention is scheduled outside peak hours so class flow is never impacted.

Is it safe for members with dietary restrictions?

Ingredients and allergens are displayed on screen before every purchase. A dairy-free option is always available. Members with a diagnosed allergy should review the on-screen information before using the station.
