Loyalty programme terms
1. What it is
The Real Zero loyalty programme is a stamp card: every shake you buy at a Real Zero station adds one stamp, and 10 stamps give you a free shake. These terms apply together with the Terms of use of the Site and the stations. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

3. Joining
- Joining is free. You join at the station by scanning the loyalty QR code and entering your name and email.
- The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. No app is needed.
- One card per person. The card is personal and not transferable.
- You must be at least 14 to join.
4. Stamps
- You earn 1 stamp per paid shake at a Real Zero station.
- Only paid shakes earn a stamp. The free shake you redeem with your card, and shakes that are free or 100 % off through a promotion, earn no stamp.
- 10 stamps give you a free shake.
- Stamps have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and the free shake cannot be combined with other offers or promo codes.
5. Redeeming your free shake
- When your card is full, it links to a page that shows a 6-digit code.
- Enter the code on the station keypad to receive your free shake.
- Each code can be used once and expires 60 days after it is issued. If it expires unused while your card is still full, you can get a new code.
6. Keeping your card safe
Anyone holding your card's QR code can earn stamps and redeem shakes with it. Do not share the card or its QR code. The Google Wallet card is limited to a single user. Real Zero is not responsible for stamps or shakes used by others with a card that has been shared.
Real Zero may cancel stamps or close a card if it detects fraudulent use or use contrary to these terms.
7. Station leaderboard
You can choose an optional nickname that appears on the leaderboard shown on the station screen. If you clear the nickname, you no longer appear on the leaderboard.
8. Location-based reminders
Your Wallet card may show a reminder when you are near a Real Zero station. This reminder is handled by Apple or Google on your device, according to your permission settings. Real Zero does not receive your location.
9. Changes and end of the programme
Real Zero may change or end the programme. We will give at least 30 days' notice on this page and by email. Stamps earned before the programme ends can be redeemed for 30 days after it ends.
10. Personal data
To run the programme we process your name, email, stamps, redemption history and, if you choose one, your nickname. Controller: Real Zero S.L. More information in the Privacy Notice.
You can ask us at any time to delete your card and your data by writing to info@realzero.es. Deleting the card removes the stamps collected.
