We process your personal data when you interact with us through the following channels:
Contact and support forms
When you write to us through the contact form or the support form at realzero.es/velazquez, we collect the data you provide (name, email, phone, company, message) to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, evaluate installing a machine at your location.
WhatsApp Business
If you contact us via WhatsApp Business at +34 623 345 790, we process conversation metadata (number, public name, timestamp) and the content of your messages for the same purpose.
Email correspondence
Emails you send us are processed solely to manage the commercial relationship or the specific enquiry.
Website usage data
This website uses privacy-respecting analytics that do not identify individual users. See our cookie policy for details.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the following legal grounds under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) — when you voluntarily submit a form accepting this policy.
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) — when your enquiry relates to engaging an installation or evaluating a commercial collaboration.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) — for server security logs and anti-abuse protection of forms (via honeypot fields).
4. Data retention
Your data will be kept for as long as necessary for the stated purpose:
- Enquiries not converted into commercial relationship: max 12 months from last contact.
- Active commercial relationships: for the full contract term and applicable legal retention periods (tax: up to 6 years; commercial: up to 6 years).
- Machine-user support data (form on realzero.es/velazquez): 24 months from submission.

To provide the service we use the following providers (processors), with whom we have executed the contracts required by Art. 28 GDPR:

International transfers
Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, guaranteeing a level of protection equivalent to the GDPR.

- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — request deletion (right to be forgotten).

7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. All communications with this site are encrypted via HTTPS. We do not store passwords or payment data — machine transactions are processed through authorised payment operators.
8. Minors
This site is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly process minors' data without authorisation from their legal representatives.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legislative or operational changes. The date of last update is shown at the top. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
